She's probably the world's favourite girlfriend-dating-a-rockstar. Nicole Richie and Joel Madden have been through two beautiful tots and now, they're engaged and their wedding is the talk of the town. Before the Good Charlotte singer came along, Richie dated DJ AM (okay, he's no rock star but is a musician nevertheless).
