As the 'Bigg Boss 3' kick-starts with Amitabh Bachchan as its host, this season will certainly be high on glamour with inmates like Shamita Shetty, Sherlyn Chopra and Claudia Ciesla. The contestants are screened very closely so that they are picked up from all walks of life. Here’s a look..



Shilpa Shetty found international fame with the UK based show 'Big Brother' and now younger sister Shamita Shetty is stepping into the world of reality TV with 'Bigg Boss 3'.







Claudia Ciesla made news being the reason behind Salman and Katrina's breakup. Are you prepared to remain cut-off from the rest of the world, Claudia?




Motor mouth Sherlyn Chopra is expected to heat up 'Bigg Boss' Season 3 with her antics and oomph factor.




A doctor-turned-model Aditi Gowitrikar left her two small children back home to participate in Bigg Boss 3. Aditi started her career as a model after winning the Gladrags contest in 1996





Film actress Poonam Dhillon is the veteran on 'Big Boss 3'. Ex Miss India, Poonam said that the only reason she agreed to be on the show was Amitabh Bachchan!




Tanaaz and Bakhtiyar Irani are the first real-life couple to participate in 'Bigg Boss'. Leaving their one and half year old son behind wasn't easy for the couple





Laughter king Raju Srivastava is expected to set 'Big Boss 3' afire with his wit and humour. Other inmates of the house can have free entertainment throughout.






Well-known music director Ismail Darbar was the first inmate to enter the house of Bigg Boss. It would be interesting to watch the music director of hits like 'Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam' and 'Devdas' interact with the rest.




Dara Singh's son Vindoo was the most excited of all the participants on the first day of the show. Last seen in 'Kambakkht Ishq', he’s a real-life controversy king. His marriage was under the scanner when he left his wife for a Russian model named Dina. Vindoo Dara Singh was married to actress Tabu's elder sister Farah, who was also an actress.





Actor-director Kamal R Khan of 'Deshdrohi' fame is also a part of the show. He’s already set the tone of the show by getting *****y about Aditi’s Western dress.




Designer Rohit Verma is also a part of the show. Another surprise element on the show was Rakhi Sawant's mother Jaya Sawant, who is also a part of the show.






And then there is Big B for the Big Boss Season 3. But not as a contestant. He will be the host of the show and will also play philosopher to the contestants.
