Samsung officially unveiled the Infuse 4G, a massive 4.5-inch phone running on AT&T's network.
Such a large screen really straddles the line between phone and tablet, and I wouldn't want to see any other manufacturer try to make a smartphone with a screen larger than this.
Still, the Infuse is incredibly easy to hold. It's super thin and light, yet feels sturdy.
There's a special edition of Angry Birds that ships with the phone. It has a bunch of special hidden golden eggs that you can't find in the normal version
The Infuse is still running Android 2.2 Froyo, an operating system six months out of date
Silent Features of Samsung Infuse 4G
The touch screen is responsive, just like Samsung's other Android phones
Samsung uses its customized skin on top of Android 2.2. There are a lot of neat tweaks like this lock screen
There's also a front-facing camera for video chat
Web browsing is excellent on such a large screen
And like all Android phones nowadays you get GPS, compass, and turn-by-turn navigation
HD video is a delight on the Infuse
The Infuse had a few movie trailers preloaded. Here's Cowboys And Aliens
The Infuse is about as thin as the iPhone 4
But the giant screen makes the iPhone look puny
Here's the 8 MP camera. It shoots 720p HD video
